SalsaErobics
This is the fusion of intense Latin movement and a beat driven aerobic workout. Together, they create a unique form of exercise that is so captivating, time just melts away. Traditionally known as the talking drum, Latin music uses wooden percussion instruments such as the congas, bongos and clave which invokes the forces of nature and communicates to our inner soul. SalsaErobics is a high energy, total body workout, popular in LA, Miami and San Francisco. Locally, you can find it at the most exclusive health clubs in Sonoma County.

Healthy self-esteem, improved coordination, flexibility and balance are all benefits of dance.

LATIN DANCE PROGRAM
The Salsa LDP is open to dancers of all levels, ages and backgrounds, and is especially beneficial to those at the beginning/intermediate level. Upon completion of the program dancers will have the opportunity to continue training on a month-to-month basis, with the potential of performing with the "Sangre Latina" dance company. The LDP is offered twice a year; we're working towards implementing a more sophisticated curriculum for the near future.
