beat driven aerobic workout. Together, they create a
unique form of exercise that is so captivating, time just

Latin music uses wooden percussion instruments

the forces of nature and communicates to our inner
soul. SalsaErobics is a high energy, total body
workout, popular in LA, Miami and San Francisco.
